Our Story

It all started with the bagels. Born and raised in Brooklyn and Long Island New York, bagels are a staple in any New Yorkers diet. When we moved here to East Tennessee in 2003 we wanted to share this amazing doughnut shaped bread with the community. We began selling our homemade bagels and breads, baking out of our home kitchen, at the local Farmers Markets with much success.

We soon started baking out of our first commercial kitchen suppling wholesale and catering accounts. In 2017, we opened the first Crust and Crumb in Gatlinburg.

Our Sevierville location, which opened in 2018, offers a full Italian Style Bakery, authentic New York Deli and espresso and latte beverages.
